About the instructors:
Elizabeth (Liz) Sisco, MFA, GCFP
Liz completed four years of training in the Feldenkrais Method at the Feldenkrais Institute of San Diego in 2010. She is a staff member at the Feldenkrais Institute of San Diego, where she works in the training programs. She teaches in the University of Arizona Internal Medicine Program. She has experience working with the general public, athletes, musicians, performers, health care workers, people with chronic pain and Lyme Disease, which she successfully recovered from. She is accredited with the International Coach Federation. She combines somatic movement with coaching to help people realize their goals and maximize their potential in their private and work lives. To use Moshe's words, she helps people discover and live their "avowed and unavowed dreams."
Tammy Renee Rosen, GCFP
Tammy completed four years of training in the Feldenkrais Method at the Feldenkrais Institute of San Diego in 2010. She has been the director of the Tucson Feldenkrais Center since 2010. As a professional modern dancer, teacher, choreographer and former dance studio owner, she is intimately aware of the importance of good bio-mechanics for optimal performance.
It is her passion to help others improve in their chosen field or recover from injury or other limitations. She has extensive experience with stroke recovery, joint replacement recovery, back pain, TMJ, feet/ankle problems and high performers like dancers or athletes. Tammy follows her intuition and kinesthetic sense to give the optimal lesson to help her students improve on all levels.
